We are pleased to offer a 12-Machine Cybex Eagle Circuit Line along with 2 Hoist Roc-It machines to complete the ultimate circuit for our members. Driven by our four-bar linkage system, cam design, or a combination of both, this unique technology dynamically matches the body's potential increases and decreases in strength. Circuit quipment users get immediate, smooth resistance and proper muscle loading through the complete range of motion for better, quicker results.  Ask about our free orientation on these with the owner of IBG.

Boasting more than 10,000 pounds of free weights, we not only offer something for the aspiring bodybuilder or Olympic lifter but also those simply striving to improve their health and general fitness.
