Yoga For All

An open level class that includes precise yoga stretches blended with a slow hatha flow. All movement is synchronized with the breath and some postures may be held for several breath cycles; allowing a deeper connection between the mind and body. A steady yoga practice will improve flexibilty, mobility, balance, and breathing, while reducing stress and anxiety.
