TRX Suspension Training leverages your own bodyweight to build power, balance, core strength and flexibility for people of all fitness levels. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Eight week Series are available for purchase for ONLY $65 for members ($95 for non-members). Minimum of 3 for the series to run.

ALL SERIES ARE PRE-PAID. NO REFUNDS UNLESS 3 ARE NOT CONFIRMED FOR THE SERIES. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A SERIES SESSION, YOU MAY MAKE UP THAT ONE DURING THE SAME WEEK YOU MISS ON A FIRST, COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
